If you enter into a Purchase Agreement to purchase a unit in 2 Burrard Place, you are contracting with Burrard Place Residential C Limited Partnership, 0785687 BC Ltd. and Rattenbury Enterprises Ltd. named as the vendor in such Purchase Agreement. Only the vendor, and neither Jim Pattison Developments or Reliance Properties, have any relationship with the purchaser with respect to the purchase of the strata lot.
